If you’re like me, I always opt for smooth looking fonts. As you follow the steps below you’ll need to decide if this performance feature is important enough to sacrifice the appearance of fonts. It looks pretty bad this way but may help optimize a PC’s performance to a small degree. The thin, jagged, aliased appearance of Windows 10 fonts is likely nothing more than a simple Windows performance option that is easily adjusted inside settings.
